Ronald Vincent LeBude, 79, of Kill Devil Hills, died January 9, 2020 at his home.

Born in Philadelphia, Pa. on August 10, 1940, he was the son of the late Regina Elizabeth Schluppe LeBude and Jean Vincent LeBude.

After 21 years of service to his country as a diver, “Frenchie” retired from the United States Navy. His second retirement would come 27 years later from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard as a diver.

Ronald is survived by wife Mary Ann Hillman LeBude; children Regina Humphrey (Jimmie) of Suffolk, Va., Neil LeBude (Geannine) of Burlington, NJ and Anthony V. LeBude (Mollie) of Saluda; grandchildren Matthew, Mark and Brent Humphrey all of Suffolk, Va. and Simon and Carina LeBude of SaludaC; and brother John LeBude (Janice) of Mt. Laurel, NJ.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his first wife, Johan McKinnion LeBude.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service at this time. Memorial donations may be made to Dare Home Health and Hospice, PO Box 669, Manteo, NC 27954.
