Currituck County 4-H is holding a “Heart Healthy Habits” workshop on March 3 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The interactive workshop for children ages 5-7 years old will allow children to learn about healthy eating and exercise habits that will help them maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The workshop program will be held at the NC Cooperative Extension Currituck Center, located at 120 Community Way in Barco. Participants will need to wear closed-toe shoes, bring a swimsuit and towel. The registration fee is $18 and space is limited.
