Anita Walton has been named Elizabeth City State University’s new vice chancellor of university advancement. Walton will start her position at ECSU March 2. “We are excited to have Anita Walton join the Viking family. She brings with her years of valuable experience and the promise of a strong future for ECSU’s Office of University Advancement,” said ECSU Chancellor Karrie G. Dixon.
