Interfaith Community Outreach awarded $500 from Outer Banks Woman’s Club

Jean Pratt, president of the Outer Banks Woman’s Club, presented Jenniffer Albanese, ICO executive director, with an unrestricted donation in the amount of $500. This donation will be used to help residents who are facing a temporary emergency crisis.
ICO was able to help 1,114 families in 2019 and give back to our community over $308,000 in monetary outreach.
The Outer Banks Woman’s Club is a non-profit organization that has provided support to the community for almost 50 years through volunteer service and donations. OBWC is part of the General Federation of the Women’s Clubs – the largest women’s volunteer organization in the world. For more information about OBWC, visit www.gfwc-obwc.com.
