Harold Belle Phelps, 93, of Roper, died April 26, 2020, at his residence in Roper surrounded by his loving family.
A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Zion’s Chapel Church of Christ.
Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
