Southern Bank has announced the promotion of Neil C. Songer to senior vice president and area manager in the Outer Banks area.
A native of California, Songer graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville with a degree in communications and a minor in business administration. He received his Master of Business Administration from Liberty University in Virginia. Songer has been in banking for 18 years.
