Nutrien donates $50,000 to support hunger relief

Food Bank of the Albemarle is announced a donation of $50,000 from Nutrien that will support hunger relief efforts in northeastern North Carolina and help provide nutritious food to people in need.

“As the world’s largest provider of crop inputs and services, feeding the world is our mission. Our focus begins at home, where we live and work,” said Ray McKeithan with public and government affairs at Nutrien.

Food Bank of the Albemarle provides nutritious food, including meat, dry and canned goods and fresh produce, available across all 15 counties they serves by working with 100 hunger-relief partners operating 145 programs.
