Memorial Day: A time of remembrance

Manteo Boy Scout Troop 165 gathered at the Manteo Cemetery on Memorial Day morning, Monday, May 25 to honor those who served.

The Boy Scouts, many wearing masks, practiced social distancing while placing the flags on around 100 gravesites.
