Velina Kay “Kaci” Brennan, 66, of Southern Shores, died September 21, 2020 at Peak Resources – Outer Banks.

Born in Charleston, SC on October 25, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Kay and Mel Grennier.

Kaci is survived by husband Johnny Ownbey.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.
