Donna Lynn Ritchie O’Neal, 53, of Norfolk, Va., originally of Ocracoke, died September 30, 2020 in Norfolk, Va.

Donna was a graduate of Ocracoke School.

She is survived by sons William O’Neal of San Diego, Calif., United States Navy and Brandon O’Neal of Ocracoke; mother Janet Spencer of Ocracoke; sisters Janet “Sissy” Gaskins (Keith) of Ocracoke, Linda Santana (Michael) of Chattanooga, Tenn. and Karen Ritchie (Jorge Suazo) of Ocracoke; and many nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by father Warren Ritchie.
