I wanted to take a minute and recognize the incredible service I received at the Nags Head Post Office. I’m staying in Nags Head for a month and had ordered my wife’s anniversary gift to be delivered to the home we’re staying in here not thinking about the fact that we don’t have access to the mailbox.

After receiving notification that the package had been delivered and having no way to retrieve it, I made a quick stop to the post office to see if they might be able to help. The gentleman working was very kind and understanding of the situation I was in and took my name and number saying he would look into it. Not even 12 hours later, he personally delivered the package to my door.

It was such a great experience and I wanted to publicly thank him for the great work he is doing at a time while the US Postal Service is under a great deal of scrutiny.
