Kenneth Richard Hoffer was born in New Jersey in 1931. He volunteered for the U. S. Air Force after graduating from high school.  He was preceded in death by first wife Beverly.

In addition to wife Mamie, he is survived by daughters, Sandra Kelly, Kimberly Hoffer-French and husband Kevin, and Diane Stranz and husband Steven; grandchildren John Biondolillo, Beverly French, Taylor Kelly, Kelsey Stranz, Connor Kelly, Hayden French, Kyle Stranz, Nadine French and Kourtney Stranz. He was predeceased by daughter Jacqueline Biondolillo, sister Joan Burns, brother Donald Hoffer and grandson Kenneth Biondolillo.

A private service will be held. The family will receive visitors from 3-6 p.m. on October 28 at Twiford Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in New Jersey.  Twiford Funeral Home, Elizabeth City is assisting the family. www.TwifordFH.com.
