Albin “Al” Hamilton Jr., 64, died at his home in Columbia on November 12, 2020 surrounded by family.

Al is survived by mother Mittie Hamilton, a sister and brother-in-law, Angela and Matt Matthews of Wake Forest; a nephew and a niece. He was predeceased by father Albin Hamilton.

Cremation arrangements will be through Maitland Funeral Home of Creswell. A private memorial and scattering of ashes will be held at a later time. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saving Grace Animal Rescue and Adoption at savinggracenc.org or the Humane Society at humanesociety.org.
