Kill Devil Hills crime blotter for November released
The Kill Devil Hills Police Department listed the following arrests on its November crime blotter:
Attempting to Obtain Property by False Pretense – On November 6, 2020 officers were dispatched to a suspicious condition at Walgreens for a man attempting to obtain a prescription that was fraudulently called in. After a brief foot pursuit by two officers, the suspect was charged with attempting to obtain property by false pretense (in addition to several other charges), according to KDHPD.
Misdemeanor Larceny – On November 13, 2020 Kill Devil Hills officers were dispatched to the Gift Garden, in the area of the 1800 block of South Croatan Highway, for a larceny in progress. Upon investigation, the suspect was arrested for misdemeanor larceny, according to the blotter.
Possession of Narcotics – On November 27, 2020 KDHPD performed a routine traffic stop. Upon investigation, two individuals were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to KDHPD.
