Blood drive set in Kitty Hawk

The first OBX Community Blood Drive of the year is set for Tuesday and Wednesday, February 2 and 3 at Holy Redeemer by The Sea Catholic Parish, located at 301 West Kitty Hawk Road in Kitty Hawk.

All who donate from Feb. 1-28 will receive a $5 Amazon.com gift card from Amazon, which will be sent via email.

Appointments can be made by calling 1-800-RED CROSS or visit RedCrossBlood.org.

Blood drive sponsors include GEM Center, American Legion, Seascape Golf Club, OBX Dare Challenge, First Flight Lions Club, Outer Banks Women’s Club, Outer Banks Relief Foundation, Fraternal Order of Eagles #4506, Nat’l Active & Retired Federal Employees and Marine Corps League Outer Banks 1264 Det.
