Darrell Belmont Hardison, 79, died February 16, 2021, at his sister’s home in Buxton.

Born March 29, 1941, he was the son of the late Durwood Hardison and Alvania Quidley Hardison.

In addition to his parents, Darrell was preceded in death by infant brother Durwood Hardison Jr. and Gary Wayne Hardison.

He is survived by brother Samuel Hardison and wife Faye; sisters Carolyn Peele and husband Bill, Patricia Hill and husband Tommy and Cheryl Hooper; and many nieces and nephews.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service at this time.
