Avon public meeting on beach nourishment set for Wednesday

The Dare County Board of Commissioners will hold a virtual public meeting on Avon beach nourishment on Wednesday, Feb. 24 starting at 6 p.m.
During the meeting, a presentation of the Avon beach nourishment project will be provided. The virtual meeting will be available for viewing online at youtube.com/darecounty.
To participate in the meeting, register online at DareNC.com/AvonBN.
Those registering will receive a response that confirms registration and provides information about how to access the virtual meeting.
