Governor announces reward for information on murder on Halifax County

On Friday, February 26, Governor Roy Cooper announced that the State of North Carolina is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the murder of Reginald Tyrice Edwards, 34.
On July 17, 2014, Edwards was shot and killed on Ransome Circle in Weldon, according to a press release from the governor’s office.
