Students at D.F. Walker Elementary School in Edenton enjoyed a virtual field trip thanks to the North Carolina Aquarium Scholars program. Participants explored ocean currents and plankton in a program taught by Meredith Fish, shown, at Jennette’s Pier in Nags Head.
