James “Jimmy” Douglas Beals, age 73, of Douglas, GA, passed away peacefully October 27, 2020 with loved ones by his side. He was born March 14, 1947 to the late Clarence Odell Beals and the late Alma Hughes Gard.
Jimmy was a faithful Servant of our Lord Jesus since age 13 years old. Jimmy touched the lives of many people and was a blessing to many.

Survivors include two sisters, Connie Miss (Thomas) and Merry Ann Hooper Liverman; four nephews, Benjamin Miss (Amanda), Timothy Miss (Jennifer), Joshua Liverman (Jennifer) and Hunter Liverman; four nieces, Brandi Miss, Melissa Miss, Aleesha King and Lea Liverman (Micheal). Other family members who preceded in death are Horace Lee Hooper (stepfather) and sister Bonnie Lee Hooper. Many other family and friends survive.

Services will be held March 22, 2021 at Faith Baptist Church in Manteo.

Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. and service at 3 p.m.
