Cynthia “Cyndi” Carol Bailey-Fox, 47, of Kill Devil Hills, died of a heart attack on April 24, 2021. She was born November 23, 1973 in Newport News, Va.

Cyndi was preceded in death by grandfather Ernest Matthews and stepfather Dennis Settle. She is survived by husband Jason Fox; son Hunter Fox; mother Yvonne Settle; father Fred Bailey; grandmother Freeda Matthews; sisters Michele Barnett (Bailey) and Kerrie Hayes (Sissy); brother Brad Bailey (Erin); nieces and nephews and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
