Ferry departure time heat map developed

The NCDOT Ferry Division, in coordination with NCSU ITRE, has developed a traffic wait time heat map to help travelers better plan trips between Hatteras and Ocracoke in an effort to encourage them to either arrive earlier or wait until after the peak departure time to reduce their anticipated wait time.
