Rudolph Theodore Miller Jr., 71, of Jarvisburg, died July 23, 2021 at home.  He was born in Norfolk, Va. on July 4, 1950 to the late Rudolph Theodore Miller and Anne Collins Miller.

He is survived by daughter Allison Miller; son Andrew Miller; sisters Suzanne Miller Kinnard, Cynthia Miller Hogan and Kathleen Miller Stewart; and grandson Caleb Beard.
