State Treasurer Dale R. Folwell, CPA, was at the Currituck County Chamber of Commerce conference room in Moyock on Wednesday, August 4 presenting State of the Counties remarks about labor shortages and the employment crisis to elected and community officials from Currituck and Camden counties.
