Thomas Edwin Todd, DVM, 86, of Hatteras, died at home on August 31, 2021.
Born in Fort Howard Maryland, he was the son of the late Francis Ridgely Todd and Anna Brill Todd. He served in the United States Airforce for three years.
He was preceded in death by daughters Susan Lee and Ann Marie Todd.
He is survived by wife Mary Jane; daughter Beth Midgett (husband Ted), grandson Todd Midgett and step-grandsons Thad, Aaron, Timothy and Thomas Midgett and three step-great-grandchildren.
A private celebration of life will be held in Hatteras Village with final interment ceremony to be held in Fort Howard Maryland at the Todd family cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hatteras Island Cancer Foundation or the Todd’s Inheritance Historic site and museum.
