Edward J. Brooks Jr., 79, of Duck, died unexpectedly at home on August 29, 2021. He was born February 10, 1942.

Survivors include wife Deborah Cowling Brooks, sons Jay Brooks (wife, Amanda) and Aaron Brooks (wife, Katherine), seven grandchildren, sister Jane Duvall (husband, George) and brother Randy Brooks.

The family will honor Ed’s wishes for cremation and a request for no services. His family asks that in lieu of flowers or gifts to please contribute in Ed’s memory to a charity close to your heart.
