Harold F. Gabbard, 90, died September 3, 2021 of natural causes. He recently moved from Kitty Hawk to Elizabeth City and had lived for many years in Currituck. Harold was the son of Hiram and Lenna Gabbard of Kentucky.  Harold had two brothers, Howard and Vernon Gabbard.

Survivors include son Stacy Gabbard (Pam Gabbard), grandchildren Jeremey Gabbard, Amber Gabbard, Terry Gabbard, Carl Odom and Colin Odom Jr.

Harold retired from the US Navy with 20 years of service.
