A fundraising dinner for Bethany United Methodist Church has been set for Friday, September 24 from 4 p.m. until.

The drive-through event will be held in the church’s front parking lot, located at 101 Old Wharf Road in Wanchese.

The menu features fried shrimp, grilled chicken breast, cole slaw, green beans and hushpuppies. Proceeds from donations for the meals will go to the Building and Maintenance Fund.

A bake sale will also be ongoing during that time.
