Patricia Roberta Ridgely, 80, died of natural causes January 11, 2022 in Kill Devil Hills. Her surviving daughter, Ridgely A. Mahan, will honor her mother’s request for no memorial services. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
