Patsy Sue Winslow Davis, 79, of Elizabeth City, died March 20, 2022 in Williamsburg, Va. She was born February 26, 1943 in Pasquotank County to the late William Oscar Winslow and Mildred Eleanor Chappell Winslow and was the widow of Charlie Franklin Davis.

Survivors include daughter Susan L. Davis (Joe Wright); sons Frankie Davis and Tommy Davis (Jamie); seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. She was predeceased by brother Jimmy Winslow.

Funeral services will be held March 24 at 2 p.m. at Twiford Memorial Chapel with burial to follow in West Lawn Cemetery. Friends will be received Wednesday from 6-7:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Twiford Memorial Chapel is serving the family. www.TwifordFH.com
