Community members viewed the first draft of the 2022 Comprehensive Land Use Plan at an open house held in March by the Town of Manteo.
“The plan will be a modern resource for the Town, reflecting current conditions and incorporating best practices to help guide development and Town leaders as they make decisions for the community,” stated a Manteo press release.
The town is required to adopt this plan by July 1, 2022 and would like to receive as much community input as possible.
