The Columbia Board of Aldermen is seeking applications to fill the position of alderman for the Town of Columbia. Interested residents may apply by submitting a letter of interest or resume.

Columbia is governed by a mayor and five members of the Board of Aldermen. Aldermen are elected for four-year terms. The person appointed to this position will serve the remainder of the term of former alderman Suzanne Griffin.

Applications may be submitted at the Columbia Municipal Building, 103 Main Street, Columbia, NC 27925 or mailed to Town of Columbia, PO Box 361, Columbia, NC 27925.

This position will remain open until filled.
