Amelia C. Overman (Millie), 71, of Kill Devil Hills, died April 23, 2022 after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Winston Salem on September 20, 1950.

Survivors include mother Odetta Delores Creech, daughter Kelly White (Rob), a granddaughter, brother Laten Creech (Mercedes) and other family. She was predeceased by father Wilbur Creech.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no service at this time.  A celebration of life is being planned near her birthday; email friendsofmillie@yahoo.com to receive details when available. In lieu of flowers, Millie asked that you think of her when going out of your way to support others in need.
