Russell Lee Miller II, of Manns Harbor, died at home April 30, 2022 after a battle with cancer. He was born in Elizabeth City on August 11, 1971.

Survivors include wife Ashly Burnette; children Abigal Burnette and Stephen Miller; mother Mary Miller; stepmother Gloria Miller; siblings Chris Miller (Nellie Gibbs) and Angie Sawyer and other family and friends.

The family will honor Rusty’s request for cremation and a celebration of life will be held at the family residence in Manns Harbor on May 7 at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations toward funeral expenses may be made via www.gallopfuneralservices.com. Gallop Funeral Services, Inc. was entrusted with arrangements.
