Constance Carter Gibbs, 63, of Shiloh, died August 28, 2022 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center.  She was born August 10, 1959 in Milford, Del. to the late Delores Faye Hudson and John Daniel Carter and the wife of Jerry W. Gibbs

Survivors include sons Jason Gibbs (Kim); Joshua Gibbs (Sarah) and Jerry Gibbs (Leigh); siblings Cindy Scott and John D. Carter Jr. (Lisa) and six grandchildren. She was predeceased by brother Joseph N. Carter.

Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on September 3 at Riddle Pentecostal Holiness Church.
