Mark H. Johnston, 57, of Nags Head, died tragically in Currituck County September 1, 2022. He was born in Norfolk, Va. on May 28, 1965 and was preceded in death by his father Earl H. Johnston.

Mark is survived by his mother Rosa “Stevie” Leary Northwood; uncles Wayne Leary (Fay) and Christopher Leary (Patricia); other relatives; his radio family; and countless friends.

The family will honor Marco’s preference for cremation. A private memorial gathering will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, Marco’s family gratefully suggests that memorial donations in his honor be made directly to Interfaith Community Outreach (ICO) at www.interfaithoutreach.com.
