To the Editor:

The present administrations open border policy is an embarrassment for this country. Since President Biden took office, nearly 2 million immigrants have crossed the border overwhelming the border states resources including
funeral homes with over 1200 deaths from drowning and heat exhaustion, plus causing immigrants to suffer rapes and injuries.

Another problem is the amount of Fentanyl that is coming across the border (which originates from China).
It is estimated that over 90,000 Americans have died from Fentanyl overdose in the last year while the cartel is making millions of dollars.

It is about time for this country to come up with a common sense border policy.
