Virginia “Ginny” Rettgers, 100, of Kill Devil Hills, died September 30, 2022.

Ginny was born and raised in Reading, Pa. She married Forrest Rettgers and they had three daughters: Robin Stone (deceased), Pam Cotter and Bonnie Rettgers, as well as  three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

There will not be a local service for Ginny. She will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery when scheduling permits. Gallop Funeral Services Inc. was entrusted with arrangements. www.gallopfuneralservices.com
