In the North Carolina High School Athletic Association Volleyball playoffs, six area teams are scheduled to play in the first round set for Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022.

In the 1A bracket, Cape Hatteras Secondary, seeded eighth, will host Gates County High, seeded 25, at 2 p.m. in the Buxton campus gymnasium.

Bear Grass Charter, seeded 20, is set to play Roxboro Community, seeded 13 in Roxboro.

In the 2A bracket, Manteo High, seeded 12, will play North Carolina School of Science and Math, seeded 21, in Manteo at 1 p.m.

Camden High, seeded second, is scheduled to play Green Central from Snow Hill, seeded 31, at Camden at 7 p.m.

In the 3A Bracket, Currituck, seeded 19, is scheduled to play in South Johnson, seeded 14, in Four Oaks.

First Flight High, seeded seventh, will play volleyball against Harnett Central from Angier, seeded 26, at First Flight High in Kill Devil Hills at 2 p.m.
