Lynwood Jordan Putnam Jr., 80, of Manteo, died October 22, 2022 at home. Born in New York City, NY on July 15, 1942, he was the son of the late Lena Price Daniels and Linwood Putnam. He was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Survivors include sons Joe Putnam (Emily), David Putnam and Robbie Putnam (Audrey) and six grandchildren.

Graveside memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on October 28 in Manteo Cemetery.
