William Henry Weatherly III, 93, of Elizabeth City, died November 27, 2022 at Sentara Albemarle Medical Center. He was born in Elizabeth City on March 17, 1929.

Private graveside service will be held in Old Hollywood Cemetery. Family and friends will be received at Twiford Funeral Home on December 5 from 11 a.m. until noon. Memorial donations may be sent to N.C. Ducks Unlimited, 4463 Kendall Road, High Point, NC 27265 or to charity of choice.
