Orange, Texas – On Thursday, December 8, 2022, Linda Williams, loving mother of six, grandmother of twenty-three and great-grandmother of three, went home to Heaven at the age 68.

Linda was born on September 28, 1954 in Bay City, Mich. to Betty and Donald Rapelje. She raised six children, Timothy (married to Margaret, Glen Allen, Virginia), Catherine (Alabama), Rosa (married to Saul, Newport Richie, Florida), Tracy (married to Adam, Elizabeth City, North Carolina), Stephanie (married to Jeff, Wichita, Kansas), and Jessica (Vidor, Texas).

Linda was a wonderful mother and nanny to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She moved to Grandy, North Carolina in 1981. She worked many enjoyable years at Stack ‘em High in Kitty Hawk and Kill Devil Hills, NC. She loved bingo and spending time with her family. One of her most anticipated times each year was the Christmas Season when she would host, with her then husband, Paul Williams, a Christmas open house for family and friends.

Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff, her father, Donald, her sister, Joanne, her mother, Betty. She is survived by her brother, Donnie, her brother, David, her sister, Cheryl, her brother Jimmy, her six children, Timothy, Catherine, Rosa, Tracy, Stephanie, and Jessica, and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A virtual celebration of life will be held at a later date.
