Lois E. Turner Baccus, 83, of Hertford, died January 21, 2023. She was born in Belvidere on August 23, 1939.
Donations may be sent to Woodville Pentecostal Holiness Church, 123 Nursing Home Rd, Hertford, NC or to the Elizabeth City SPCA in lieu of flowers.
Funeral services were held January 24.
