The restaurant may be gone, but Kelly’s OBX Catering is alive and well.

The Kelly’s 32nd Annual St. Patrick’s Parade kicks off on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at 1 p.m. in Nags Head, rain or shine. This year’s marshals are Outer Banks Dare Challenge. The organization’s mission is to help people who have life-controlling problems.
