Timothy Paul McDougal, 62, of Moyock, died February 28, 2023. Tim was born in Portsmouth, Va.

The family is honoring Tim’s preference for cremation. His memorial service will be held at Moyock Assembly of God in Moyock on March 4, 2023 at 2 p.m.
