Mark Allen Shreaves Jr., 31, passed away unexpectedly on March 11, 2023. Mark, better known as Allen to all his family and friends, was born to Mark Shreaves Sr. and Carol Castellow on January 21, 1992 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

Allen grew up in the Outer Banks and loved spending time at the beach. He had a love for trucks, fishing, music and taking family trips. He cherished making memories with his family the most. His love for his siblings and nephews ran deeper than any ocean. Allen was loved by many and will be missed deeply.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Carol Castellow and Mark Shreaves Sr. and wife Ginny; siblings, Caitlyn Mata (Arnaldo), Jessica Shreaves, Isaac Shreaves and Kaylynne Shreaves; nephews with whom he shared a special relationship, Devon Shreaves and Emilio Mata; and many more extended family members and friends.
