Norma Eliana Barreto, 81, of Manteo, died March 21, 2023 from complications of Parkinson’s disease. Norma was born June 19, 1941 in Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru.

Services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations be made to Dare County Social Services In-Home Aide Services program and Amedisys Hospice.
