UPDATE: The woman reported missing has been located.

The Southern Shores Police Department has reported that a woman is missing and is asking those who may have seen her to call it in.

Grace Ghirardi, 75, went missing late Thursday morning, May 25, 2023 from 9th Avenue in Southern Shores. She was last seen wearing a tan button down sweater, khaki pants and black loafers. She has red and gray hair. Ghirardi is on foot and suffers from Alzheimer’s, according to SSPD.
