William Irvin Grey Jr., 49, of Kill Devil Hills, died June 12, 2023 after overcoming numerous health obstacles. Billy was born in Leesburg, Va. on May 18, 1974.

Celebration of life will be held at 3106 S. Virginia Dare Trail in Nags Head on September 23 at 3 p.m. A tribute will be held at Old 690 Brewing Company on October 14 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Ability Fitness Center, 585 Catoctin Circle, NE, Leesburg, Virginia 20176 or The Outer Banks Hospital Cancer Center, TOBH Development Council, 4800 South Croatan Hwy, Nags Head, NC 27959.
