To the Editor:

I wish to express my gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful work that K-9 Boscoe of the Manteo Police Department. He was a true friend of the Manteo community and well respected by many. I met Boscoe when I met Officer Moore when he checked on my Brother James from time to time. Rest now my K-9 Brother.
